Mortimer Jordan was handed a ten-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the McAdory Yellowjackets, sneaking past 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in March.

Alyssa Hays A. spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on four hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Tatum Hays T., who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Keeton White was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

The victory got Mortimer Jordan back to even at 14-14. As for McAdory, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-8-1.
