Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shepherd). They put the hurt on the St. Louis Sharks with a sharp 17-0 win on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Bluejays sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The team relied heavily on Kaden Brown, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Robinson, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Shepherd always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .692. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Shepherd pushed their record up to 17-6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.7 runs over those games. As for St. Louis, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
