Basketball Recap: Alexander Comes Up Short

Alexander was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Ray Ray Jays 67-26. Alexander was probably out for revenge after losing 58-12 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Alexander's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Ray, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-8.

Alexander will challenge Tioga at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Tioga's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Ray, they will venture away from home to challenge Parshall at 7:15 p.m. on January 17th.
