Softball Recap: Narraguagus Knights vs. Calais Blue Devils
Narraguagus won the last time they faced Calais, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Everything went the Narraguagus Knights' way against the Calais Blue Devils as the Narraguagus Knights made off with a 23-3 victory.
Autumn Peterson made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Peterson was also big at the plate, scoring four runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of her five plate appearances.
In other batting news, Trinity Morris was incredible, going 2-for-4 with four runs, four RBI, and a double. Paidyn Cashman was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
