Volleyball Recap: Richton Has No Trouble Against Mississippi School for the Deaf

With a playoff win on the line, Richton rose to the challenge on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs. The Rebels have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Richton took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-8, 25-7.

Richton's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, they moved to 8-4 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Richton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, they are taking a road trip to face off against Alabama School for the Deaf at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
