Soccer Recap: Trumbull Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Trumbull was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Farmington River Hawks. That's two games in a row now that Trumbull have lost by just one goal.

Trumbull's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Farmington, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Trumbull and Farmington will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Eagles are set to face off against their familiar foe Danbury at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Farmington will square off against rival Conard at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
