Volleyball Recap: Olivia Cuellar and Mia Carozza Secure Win for Durango + How To Watch

Durango won the last time they faced Delta and things went their way on Thursday too. The Demons were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. The Demons not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since November 1, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18, 25-12.

Durango was led to victory by Mia Carozza and Olivia Cuellar. Carozza had 15 digs and one assist, while Cuellar had nine digs and one assist. That's the most digs Carozza has posted since back in October of 2024.

Durango's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Delta, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Durango will be taking part in a tournament against Lewis-Palmer at 8:00 a.m. on September 6. As for Delta, they will venture away from home to face off against Centauri at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
