Independence is 9-1 against Glendale since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Patriots will look to defend their home field against the Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. Independence has given up an average of 6.8 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Independence is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest loss since April 19, 2024 on Monday. They came up short against Ironwood, falling 22-8.

Meanwhile, Glendale entered their tilt with Carl Hayden Community on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Falcons 21-11.

Independence has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-3 record this season. As for Glendale, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

Independence came out on top in a nail-biter against Glendale in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, sneaking past 8-6. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Cardinals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
