Baseball Recap: Northern Lehigh Comes Up Short

Northern Lehigh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Palmerton Blue Bombers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Bombers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-9 back in March.

Northern Lehigh saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Christman, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Northern Lehigh's record now sits at 10-10. As for Palmerton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Northern Lehigh nor Palmerton have any future games scheduled.
