Volleyball Recap: Archbishop Moeller Falls Short Against Ranked St. Xavier

Archbishop Moeller faced St. Xavier in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Fighting Crusaders lost 3-0 to the Bombers. The Fighting Crusaders have struggled against the Bombers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Archbishop Moeller's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for St. Xavier, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Archbishop Moeller will challenge rival La Salle at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. Meanwhile, St. Xavier is set to take on their familiar foe Elder at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
