Soccer Recap: Tecumseh Takes a Loss

If Tecumseh was riding high fresh off their 5-0 takedown of London on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Arrows lost 3-0 to the Shawnee Braves on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Tecumseh can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 325th, while Shawnee are ranked 139th).

Tecumseh has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7-1 record this season. As for Shawnee, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tecumseh will challenge Northwestern at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Shawnee, they will take on Jonathan Alder at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
