It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but UMS-Wright Prep had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the LeFlore Rattlers as they made off with a 16-1 win. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by 11 runs or more this season.

UMS-Wright Prep pushed their record up to 11-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for LeFlore, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: UMS-Wright Prep beat the Rattlers by a score of 21-0 later that day.
