Volleyball Recap: Manchester Memorial Takes a Loss

After flying high against Manchester West on Friday, Manchester Memorial came back down to earth. The Crusaders fell 3-1 to the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Crusaders of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Manchester Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manchester Memorial will square off against Gilford at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Crusaders surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they will head out to square off against Kingswood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
