Passers beware: Montraveon Smith came down with his first-ever interception on Thursday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also rushed for seven yards as Carter took down Roosevelt 43-0. We hope Smith's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Smith and Carter will square off against Kimball at 2:00 p.m. on the 18th. Smith had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their game back in October of 2024 14-7.
