Soccer Recap: Episcopal Academy Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Episcopal Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Roman Catholic Cahillite by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. Episcopal Academy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Roman Catholic apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Michael Mcgonagle and Reid Mcmullin scored both of Episcopal Academy's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Episcopal Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 4-0 victory against Friends' Central on the 2nd. As for Roman Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 6-1 win against Franklin Towne on the 29th.
