Soccer Recap: Tompkins Triumphs + How To Watch

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Tompkins had no problem doing just that on Friday. They never let the Fulshear Chargers get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for Tompkins, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Rodrigo Gonzalez-Socas and Ivan Villegas scored both of Tompkins' goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Tompkins' win bumped their record up to 11-9-3. As for Fulshear, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5-3.

Looking ahead, Tompkins will take on Memorial at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Fulshear does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
