Beloit Memorial found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 21-42 punch to the gut against La Follette. If Beloit Memorial were hoping to take revenge for the 34-36 loss against La Follette the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed.

The defeat dropped Beloit Memorial's record to 0-2. The win got La Follette back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Beloit Memorial will look to defend their home turf next week against East at 7:00 PM. Beloit Memorial continues their travels as they hit the road for the second straight game. La Follette will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Parker at 7:00 PM.
