Basketball Game Preview: Pittsfield Panthers vs. Holy Family Academy

The Pittsfield Panthers will take on Holy Family Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pittsfield is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

Pittsfield might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 61-40 to Newmarket, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 85th, while the Mules are ranked 32nd).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Holy Family Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 53-41 victory over Mascenic Regional on Friday.

Holy Family Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Pittsfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
