Baseball Recap: Lockport Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Lockport was the 5-1 winner over Lewiston-Porter when they last played one another last Wednesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancers on Saturday.

Lockport's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-3. As for Lewiston-Porter, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lockport is set to square off against their familiar foe Niagara Falls at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lewiston-Porter will take on rival Kenmore East at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
