Volleyball Game Preview: Battle Creek Grizzlies vs. Forrest Rockets

The Battle Creek Grizzlies will venture away from home to face off against the Forrest Rockets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Battle Creek came up short against Spring Hill and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Grizzlies in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost four in a row.

Battle Creek started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 27-25, 25-22, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Forrest got the win against Community on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rockets.

Forrest now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Battle Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 14-18.

Battle Creek came out on top in a nail-biter against Forrest when the teams last played back in September, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Grizzlies since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
