Volleyball Recap: Pleasanton Comes Up Short

Pleasanton suffered their biggest defeat since September 11th on Friday. They lost 3-0 to the Ansley/Litchfield Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 two weeks ago.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-11, 25-19.

Brecken Wendt paced Pleasanton's offense, picking up seven kills. Wendt got some help from Kaylee Pierce and her 23 assists.

Pleasanton's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Ansley/Litchfield, their victory bumped their record up to 22-6.

As of now, neither Pleasanton nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
