Acadiana Christian made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Acadiana Christian put the hurt on Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool with a sharp 11-3 victory on Friday. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by seven runs or more this season.

Isaiah Burch made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed seven innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Burch was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. He has been hot recently, having also posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lane Parks, who scored three runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-3.
