After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wilsonville, Hillsboro was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Putnam Kingsmen by a score of 42-30. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 36-20 back in January.

Hillsboro is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. Putnam is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Looking ahead, Hillsboro will be playing at home against La Salle at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Putnam, they will square off against Canby at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Canby will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Putnam surely won't give up without a fight.
