Surry Central won the last time they faced North Stokes and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Golden Eagles blew past the Vikings 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Eagles.

Surry Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Stella Wall led the charge by getting 13 digs and three aces. Wall is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Mallie Southern, who had six kills, four blocks, and two aces.

The win got Surry Central back to even at 2-2. As for North Stokes, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Surry Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Alleghany on the 21st. As for North Stokes, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Chatham Central on the 25th.
