Baseball Recap: Northshore Wins High-Profile Contest Against Brother Martin

Northshore faced Brother Martin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Panthers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Crusaders a 1-0 shutout. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 9-6 victory the Crusaders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Northshore pushed their record up to 37-8-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Brother Martin, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 34-10.
