Basketball Recap: Ione/Arlington Comes Up Short

Ione/Arlington was the 54-36 winner over Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Ione/Arlington Cardinals fell 62-50 to Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler on Saturday.

Ione/Arlington's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-12.

Looking ahead, Ione/Arlington will be playing in front of their home fans against Sherman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
