Softball Recap: Canfield Cardinals vs. Harding Raiders

In what's become a running theme this season, Canfield gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They never let the Harding Raiders onto the board and left with an 18-0 win. Canfield's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Harding's batters probably weren't too happy with Paris Lindgren, who pitched a no hitter and racked up six Ks (she gave up four walks).

At the plate, Leah Figueroa was incredible, firing off three home runs and eight RBI while going 3-for-4.

The victory was the third in a row for Canfield, bringing their record for this year to 17-3. As for Harding, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Harding is facing Cardinal Mooney at the right time seeing as Cardinal Mooney is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
