Softball Recap: Yazoo County Victorious

After losing to Riverside the last time they met, Yazoo County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Yazoo County Panthers walked away with a 9-6 win over the Riverside Bulldogs on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

The team relied heavily on Minely Crozier, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March of 2024. Lilly Andrews was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.
