Baseball Recap: Escambia Gators vs. Pine Forest Eagles

Escambia came out on top against Pine Forest on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run third inning. The Gators never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The Gators haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Cohen Rush was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Rush was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.
