Volleyball Recap: New Hope Christian Academy Takes a Loss

New Hope Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ross County Christian Academy Eagles. The Statesmen were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

New Hope Christian Academy took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-10, 21-25, 25-19, 16-14.

New Hope Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Ross County Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

New Hope Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ross County Christian Academy, they will square off against Ohio Valley Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
