Volleyball Recap: Alainah Salas Key Part of Team Effort in Bearcats Win

Scottsbluff had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Sundance Bulldogs by a score of 2-0 on Friday.

Scottsbluff got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Alainah Salas out in front who had 18 digs and two assists. That's the most digs Salas has posted since back in September of 2024. Lillian Hays was another key player, getting 17 assists and nine digs.

Coincidentally, Scottsbluff and Sundance will both be playing Glenrock the next time they take the court. The Bearcats will head out to face the Herders at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
