Springdale Prep falls despite strong effort from Langston Bailey

Recap: Springdale Prep Lions vs. Highland Hawks
The Springdale Prep Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 77-47 loss at the hands of Highland. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Springdale Prep has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Springdale Prep still got an impressive performance from Langston Bailey, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. The game was Bailey's third in a row with at least ten points. N'Faba Mane was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five rebounds.
Springdale Prep's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Highland, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.
Springdale Prep will be home for the holidays to greet Friendship Collegiate Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Friendship Collegiate Academy is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Highland, they will head out on the road to face off against New Hope Academy at 7:15 p.m. on December 19th. New Hope Academy is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
