NCISAA Charlotte Independent Schools recap September 4, 2013

Charlotte Christian's Elijah Deveaux recorded the longest rushing play in NCISAA Charlotte Independent Schools this season in his game against Hammond last week. Deveaux scampered for 72 yards on the play and finished with 144 on the day as his team topped the Skyhawks.

Charlotte Latin moved up to 123 from 170 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Hawks climbed the ranks as a result of topping Cox Mill 51-6.
