Basketball Recap: West Albany Takes a Loss

On Wednesday, the West Albany Bulldogs ended up a good deal behind the Oregon City Pioneers and lost 63-47.

West Albany's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Oregon City, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

West Albany will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Crescent Valley at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Oregon City will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Roseburg at 6:00 p.m. on December 28th. Oregon City knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Roseburg likes a good challenge.
