Volleyball Recap: Coventry Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Win

With a playoff win on the line, Coventry rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the East Hampton Bellringers. The win was familiar territory for the Patriots, who have now won five matchups in a row.

Brooke White had a dynamite game, getting 29 digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last six matches.

White wasn't the only good servers: Coventry was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 19 consecutive contests.

Coventry's record now sits at 22-3. As for East Hampton, they moved to 16-9 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Coventry nor the Bellringers have any future games scheduled.
