Softball Recap: Cross Stingrays vs. Battery Creek Dolphins

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against John Paul II, Cross was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Battery Creek Dolphins 9-8. For the Stingrays, this counts as revenge for the 14-4 win the Dolphins walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Alaysia Hollings was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Lulu Carbone was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
