Hesperia hadn't done well against Grant recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Panthers skirted past the Tigers 1-0. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Tigers on Saturday, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

The win got Hesperia back to even at 3-3. As for Grant, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.

Hesperia has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Ravenna on the 9th. As for Grant, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Newaygo on the 6th.
