Volleyball Recap: Reagan Beats Braddock for Their Sixth Straight Win

Reagan made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Braddock, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Reagan Bison blew past the Braddock Bulldogs 3-0 on Tuesday. This was payback for the Bison, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-22, 26-24, 25-22.

Yeison Gonzalez paced Reagan's offense, picking up 15 kills. Gonzalez got some help from Diego Requena and his 30 assists. Gonzalez was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

The victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. As for Braddock, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Reagan will take on Goleman in a tournament on Friday. As for Braddock, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Homestead at 3:30 p.m. This will be Homestead's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
