Basketball Recap: Livingston Manor Wildcats vs. Walton Warriors
After flying high against Margaretville Central last Monday, Livingston Manor came back down to earth. The Livingston Manor Wildcats were outmatched by the Walton Warriors on the road and fell 56-10. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-3.
Grace Walley was a one-man wrecking crew for Walton as she dropped a double-double on 30 points and 11 rebounds. Walley has been hot , having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Kennedy Williams was another key player, earning ten points in addition to two steals.
Livingston Manor dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
