Soccer Recap: Diego Rivera Takes a Loss

Diego Rivera and Santee squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Diego Rivera had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Santee Falcons by a score of 5-4.

Diego Rivera's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Santee, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Diego Rivera does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Santee, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Santee challenge the Chavez at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Chavez comes in on four and Santee on five.
