Football Game Preview: Troy Trojans vs. Plains Horsemen

The Troy Trojans will head out to face off against the Plains Horsemen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Troy comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

On Saturday, Troy took a blow against St. Ignatius, falling 68-28.

Meanwhile, Plains had to suffer through a 48-8 loss at the hands of Superior. The Horsemen haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Plains' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Troy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Troy suffered a grim 47-24 defeat to Plains when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Trojans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
