Cypress Woods had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They came out on top against the Needville Bluejays by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Cypress Woods didn't let Needville take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22.

Cypress Woods' win bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Needville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 21-4 record.

Cypress Woods wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Dickinson on the 30th. As for Needville, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Columbus on the 30th.
