Basketball Game Preview: Audubon Green Wave vs. Lindenwold Lions

The Audubon Green Wave will square off against the Lindenwold Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

Audubon is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Haddon Township just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 51-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. The game marked the Green Wave's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Lindenwold challenged Schalick on Friday. Lindenwold came out on top against Schalick by a score of 46-34. That looming 46-34 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Lions yet this season.

Lindenwold now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Audubon, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.

Audubon couldn't quite finish off Lindenwold in their previous matchup back in February and fell 60-58. Can Audubon avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
