Jesse Nick put up the most stolen bases he's had since back in April of 2025 on Friday. He went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Nick's strong effort led Northside over Mather and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs are a perfect 5-0 against the Rangers going back to April of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
