Volleyball Recap: Hammond Bishop Noll Beats Kankakee Valley for Their Third Straight Victory

Hammond Bishop Noll waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Kankakee Valley Kougars 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Hammond Bishop Noll took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13, 25-11.

Zeke Zuckley paced Hammond Bishop Noll's offense, picking up seven kills. Zuckley got some help from Zebediah Zuckley and his 18 assists. Zeke was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Hammond Bishop Noll's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Kankakee Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Coincidentally, Hammond Bishop Noll and Kankakee Valley will both be playing Illiana Christian the next time they take the court. The Kougars will host the Vikings at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
