It's playoff time, and Johnson Ferry Christian Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Cherokee Christian Warriors on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Saints sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Laney Bentley, who had four digs and three aces. Sophie Bruce also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Johnson Ferry Christian Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 26 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in six consecutive matchups.

Johnson Ferry Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Cherokee Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season.

Johnson Ferry Christian Academy will face off against Cornerstone Prep Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Cherokee Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
