Baseball Recap: Central Virginia Disciples vs. Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks

Central Virginia Disciples couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell victim to a rough 9-0 loss at the hands of the Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks on Friday. Central Virginia Disciples was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Miller School of Albemarle apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2022.
