After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West, Hunter was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Granger Lancers. That's more bragging rights for the Wolverines, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hunter was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-8, 25-7.

Hunter is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. As for Granger, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hunter will challenge rival Cyprus at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Granger is set to square off against their familiar foe Taylorsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
