Bishop Fenwick waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Archbishop Williams Bishops. While the Crusaders didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Bishop Fenwick's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Archbishop Williams, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Fenwick will face off against Marblehead at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Archbishop Williams, they will take on Stoughton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Black Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.5 runs per game on average), something the Bishops will no doubt try to take advantage of.
