Basketball Recap: Sparkman Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sparkman lost against Hazel Green back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Senators had to suffer through a 70-41 loss at the hands of the Trojans. That's two games in a row now that the Senators have lost by exactly 29 points.

Sparkman's loss came despite strong showings from Khloe Bradley and Hannah Horton. Bradley posted six points and eight boards, while Horton scored nine points. Another player making a difference was Madyson Beasley, who had five points and five rebounds.

Sparkman dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Hazel Green, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Sparkman will head out on the road to take on James Clemens at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hazel Green, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 62-51 defeat against Albertville on the 15th.
